* Code 82 In our book it states NECROTIZING SOFT TISSUE INFECTIONS  then under this code it includes necrotiazing fasciitis, myonecrosis or GAS or clostridial gangrene etc.as examples  .So what I am trying to say is do you want this code to be just for necrotizing fasciitis  as stated in the Wikki or as necrotizing soft tissue infection as stated in our book?
