The S AllDiagnoses table can be found in CCMDB.mdb program. It contains the all the diagnoses labels and numeric codes used that the Data Collectors can select to enter into L_Dxs. A filtered subset of this table contains the values Comorbid Diagnosis that can be selected and entered into L_Como.
