  • If this table and list going to updated Tina? I believe you have this ready in ccmdb with the changes for those that are just yes and no and those that are counted. Thanks -Trish Ostryzniuk (talk) 10:56, 2012 September 19 (CDT)
    • It's in progress. Started it about a week ago and have not been able to get back to it. -- Ttenbergen 11:03, 2012 September 19 (CDT)
    • Template:Discussion Trish, I am updating the CCMDB with these values, but I was not going to update the wiki. Who will do this? I am also updating the "hints" for the drugs with what is here, so can you confirm that this is up-to-date? -- Ttenbergen 18:08, 2012 September 19 (CDT)
      • Tina if you are talking about the list below on wiki it isn't update to the new way. Many of the drugs are yes/no now and some are eliminated entirely like acyclovir,Repro,Nitroglyerine and more...Inotropes are counted once as yes,as well as IV heparin and more...GHall (talk) 19:38, 2012 September 19 (CDT)
        • I noticed that, so I sent Trish the Excel sheet I actually used to update the program.-- Ttenbergen 09:49, 2012 September 20 (CDT)

This is a list of the drugs collected for the Pharmacy collection starting January 1, 2012.

We will be changing the way we collect drug shortly. The list reduces the workload of pharmacy collection. Final approval from steering committee for new list will be obtained Sept 10.12. There are number of drug groups that will be Yes and No only. I will send everyone a copy of the list today so you can look at what is coming.Trish Ostryzniuk 10:56, 2012 September 7 (CDT)

Click on the little icon in the column header with the two triangles pointing at each other to sort the list by that column.

The drugs in brackets ( ) are the brand names. Some of the brand names are included. If collectors or other program members come across any other brand names that are commonly used, please add them to the chart below.

If you print this list and make annotations to it please consider putting the annotations on the wiki so that we can all benefit from them.

  • If drug is not listed in the category then it means it is not collected, just ensure that you have the updated list from the wiki for the brand names as a few have been added since going live.

Instructions

Both IV and oral/Nasogastric tube drugs in each category are collected in unless otherwise stated. For example continuous infusions that are specified.GHall 16:03, 2012 March 22 (CDT)

  • hi I think this sheet would be more user friendly if the "NOT Drugs" were in red and at the end of all the drugs we need to collect in that category
    • Shirley, we are in the process of possibly reducing the list. Once the list is appended, I think your suggestion is a good idea. Thanks for your input. --LKolesar 14:06, 2012 August 13 (CDT)
