- examples would be 2014-08-20 or 2014-08-20-Resend
- right-click and design view the query
- edit the criteria to restrict the data
- need to document what data one would restrict to, likely referring to the #activity log below Ttenbergen 16:03, 2014 August 25 (CDT)
- I added the study field on the Design view so I know the cut point of the file that I am sending for now still combination of study numbers and Date sent. PTorres 11:14, 2014 August 26 (CDT)

- prepare accompanying documentation
- We have a cover letter prepared already all I need to do is change the file name and number of records that I am going to send. PTorres 13:17, 2014 August 26 (CDT)
- where would one find this letter? pretend Sheila is trying to do this while you are away...Template:Discussion

- send the CD and letter to Manitoba Health via InterOffice mail (pick-up daily)

For Marc Silva address I do have printed label which was file on the MB HEALTH binder. To send it just mail it regular envelop and put InterOffice mail no stamp needed. PTorres 15:51, 2014 August 26 (CDT)
- update the #activity log, e.g. with "data exported and couriered"
development of this solution
- Julie has contacted MB Health to confirm
- that it would be OK to send single file from now on
- that it would be OK to replace the current study number (numerical) with the D_ID (15 character string)
- answers? Template:Discussion
