At HSC pharmacy data is manually collected by the ICU PHARMACY DEPARTMENT. Data collectors do not collect any pharmacy data. The HSC Pharmacy department have participated in this part of the collection process since mid 1988?
- the key contact for HSC pharmacy collection is Russ Rosmus.
The Pharmacy data from HSC is manually entered into the Critical Care Database by the data processor.
