add {{ICD10 dx}} to the article, save, and then use the "edit ICD10 Dx infobox" link.

OR, until I get to that done:

| ICD10 Code = <enter code>
| BugRequired = <optional, required, or no entry>
| StartDate =
| StopDate =
}}

Start Date:
edit ICD10 Dx infobox
Dx: ICD10 dx
ICD10 code: {{{ICD10 Code}}}
Minimum combined codes: {{{MinimumCombinedCodes}}}
{{{StartDate}}}"{{{StartDate}}}" contains an extrinsic dash or other characters that are invalid for a date interpretation.

ICD-10 link

Property "Has MinimumCombinedCodes" (as page type) with input value "{{{MinimumCombinedCodes}}}" contains invalid characters or is incomplete and therefore can cause unexpected results during a query or annotation process.This diagnosis is a part of ICD10 collection.
