If something is wrong with your PC or your PDA you will need to contact someone.
As a rough guideline, if the problem is with your PC itself, logging onto your computer, or accessing the regional server, you should call the helpdesk at 940-8500.
If the problem is with your PDA, synching, sending or with the Access program, contact see P:Tina Tenbergen If you can't reach Tina, try to contact one of the following, starting at the top. See:p:Trish Ostryzniuk
