Template is used to mark and track legacy content, and make it less confusing to the inattentive reader. The template will put a big disclaimer at the top of the page, and collapse the rest of the content so the reader has to click the "expand legacy information" link to see the rest.
Template Use
Add to the article:

|explanation=<why is this legacy>
|successor=<name of page or category that should now be referenced, if available>
}}
Then add the following to the end of the page to close what the template starts:
