-** TT ---I think we changed that rule about only coding the deepest or most invasive part of a procedure to coding all, didn't we? Or was that just about also coding the diagnostic part of a diagnostic and therapeutic procedure?
-*AG REPLY --- indeed I think that was just about diagnostic+therapeutic.  In fact, it's not an issue at all for endoscopy -- if a colonoscopy is done to the cecum, then of course they looked at everything that was on the way to the cecum. }}
