We have a bunch of Quality Assurance queries in CFE that are done as part of the Centralized data Vetting Process. Ideally all should be empty, if they are not the data needs to be fixed (see Processing errors in patient data).
The easiest way to check these is to click the NDCs button. It will check every query but only display those where problems were found.

This manually generated list is now out of date and will be hard to keep up to date. An automatic one exists at CFE Data Integrity Checks but it is in no priority order. Are these? Can we use the automatic list instead? |
NDC queries / CFE Data Integrity Checks
- NDC_missing_L_Tables_content
- NDC_discharged_incomplete (It is ok if there is a list of Incompletes)
- NDC_Bad_Postal_Code (Postal_code_cross_check)(This is corrected when time available)
- NDC_Missing_TransferDate_w_pivot (This is done during reports, OK to skip this one)
- NDC_CLI_AcqDX_but_NoCLI_DateinTMPV2
- NDC CLI vs DX but no TISS17 CentralLine
- NDC_CLI_No_AcqDX_but_CLI_DateinTMPV2
- NDC_CLI_unacceptable_date
- NDC_VAP_AcqDX_but_NoVAP_DateinTMPV2
- NDC_VAP_No_AcqDX_but_VAP_DateinTMPV2
- NDC_VAP_unacceptable_date
