-* Is this to say that if you have a scope in which they clipped or banded, you would only enter the "body part" (T), and what was done "control of bleeding"? Or would we do a second entry for this procedure to further explain that a scope was done as "body part" (D), and "exploration (endoscopic)"? Should we also be coding every repeat GI scope that is done during the admission, or is this one of the CCI's that we are only to collect once? (Michelle)
