Greensheets.mdb is a ACCESS data repository located on the Regional Server.
The Data Collector in Medicine & STB ICU's collect information to monitor the compliance rate for the completion of these forms. Since there are inconsistencies in filling these out, we are compiling stats about their completion in the L_Green which is a table in HanDBase on the PDA and in ACCESS (CCMDB.mdb) which is the database the each PDA synch's into.
- The statistician is reporting compliance stats intermittently to the Database Steering Committee for review.
