Not a swipe card but provides utility for the purpose of identifying employee is associated with the WRHA Corp. & Community. As a requirement to be employed with WRHA, staff need to get their ID cards
Local swipe card for facility access

To get the form:
- in your outlook go to public folders
- select all public folders
- go to Security Services folder
- See Facility Access form
- must be signed by: Manager
- Room MS245
- M-T 9-3, Fri 9-12
