**Vic S4 serial # 3132 this patient was cardioverted in VM chart reviewed was only a bed borrow .Cardioversion done by VMU physician who stated pt.was not admitted to ICU. No clear guidelines as to which patients are admitted to VM or a bed borrow from ward. | |||
