• in your outlook go to public folders
• select all public folders
• go to Security Services folder
• See Facility Access form
• must be signed by: Manager

  • M-T 9-3, Fri 9-12

This is info we might best keep in collaboration with the Internal Medicine folks, as it should be the same and we could learn from each other / prevent duplication. would it be OK to move this to https://wiki.umintmed.ca/index.php?title=Arrange_for_ID_Badge_%26_Access with a link from here? Trish, you and I at least would still have rights to edit it there, if other CCMDB people need an account we can get it for them.
