** You should not ever have to add a Dx to s_alldiagnoses. Both laptop and PDA files for this are maintained centrally. If you don't have this diagnosis on your device there are other problems. Hi Trish,
Just to let you know this code is in our PDA,s but not in the
new book. Shirley Kiesman.
This is a new code that was just added on April 10,2009. Gail Hall.
- If you see a code that is added to the WIKI and to your s-alldiagnosis tables on your PDA & Access , then please add it into your code book also. I will not be sending reminders out to update code books.
- Code books will not always be up to date and it is up to you to update your copy. Eventually all will be on the WIKI. --TOstryzniuk
