*when new laptop (netbook) version of Access was rolled out and first sending stated July 7.09, specified pharmacy items that should have been divided by base amount before output had not programmed into this version of Access. For example Pharm item 90-Heparin, if given collected as 2 days of 7500 unit per day, this should be output as 3 doses of 5000 not 15000 units. The Heparin error was fixed in the database.
