The Data_Use_Option field in L_Log in [[Centralized_data.accdb]] is a yes/no (boolean) field to contain the info that a person has opted out of having their data included in research.
Right now it is not used for anything. See email exchange between Tina Tenbergen and Allan Garland 2014-01-09.
