Serum Creatinine
Creatinine is collected as part of Apache Score.
Select the WORST deviation from normal during the first 24 hours in ICU
recorded as umols

There are occasional cases of lab results that exceed the maximum permitted value for creatinine. I would like to track this to find out how common this is, and whether we should therefore increase the max. The following is a list of cases:
