MR_List: Medical Records List
An automated list for Medical records which is generated as a "report" in the Access Program by pressing the MR_List button on the main screen of the collectors CCMDB.mdb. The report filters on the field called "Records". All patient marked as "MR" in this field, will be included on the list.
The MR request list can either emailed or printed out and given to medical record department depending on what collectors site prefers or allows.
What is on MR_List
- Site/Location
- FN
- LN
- Chart
- DOB
- Admit date/time
- Discharge date/time
