The entry TmpV2 entry for Postal Code collection will be automatically created for any new patient created as of 2011-12-08. It needs to be filled in for any patient, (we will need to decide what to fill in when not available).
- Project: PostalCode
- Item: PostalCode
- "Q": enter the patient's postal code
Discussion
- Please fill in how you think we should code this. Specifically, what to do if a postal code is not available, e.g. out-of-country patients, homeless patients, etc. Also, when do you want collection to start? The tmp entry is available now as of 2011-12-08. I will allow empty values for now but will start restricting this once we settle on rules.Ttenbergen 18:42, 8 December 2011 (CST)
