TMSX (Template Master Series-X) or MedTMS (Medicine Template Master Series) is the primary repository for the Critical Care/Medicine database. The software encrypts our data, does some integrity checking and provides a front end to do some data analysis. The data is stored locally on each PC that uses the program, necessitating regular data updates. Additionally, the program is locally installed on each PC, so updates and fixes need to be applied for any PC where it is installed.

  • The MedTMS software is only used at the main HSC database administration office.
  • The TMSX software is used in the main database administration office and by the Critical Care Team at the STB (St Boniface General Hospital).
  • If these programs are not available at a site, please refer to the Data Access Application Process.
