Collection staff port around with their laptops, a data collection binder which contain the follow items:
- Data collection log forms - ICU and medicine collectors
- own history note worksheets per patient - ICU and medicine collectors
- completed Greensheets - ICU collector
- completed TISS76 forms. Will be TISS28 on Jan 1.13 - ICU collector
- Diagnosis code booklets (no longer being published or updated since Nov 2.10)
- printouts from Wiki if needed
- Medical records lists
- colored stickies for medicine OverstayProject - Medicine collector
- other work related items
