The scanner for processing TISS forms is a Fujitsu model M4097D. It is a full duplex, autofeed scanner capable of scanning a high volume of forms. It is connected to the Teleform PC in the main office. The scanner has also been used for other projects.

Drivers
NOTE: Drivers for this model of scanner are only available for Windows XP and earlier. Should Manitoba eHealth begin migrating to a newer version of desktop operating system, the Teleform PC should not be upgraded unless a compatible driver can be found and installed.
