All data collection offices in the Regional have access to a printer in your office. If you lose your connection to your printer, please call eHealth ServiceDesk.
You can trouble shoot this yourself if you:
- know the name the network were to find your printer AND
- know the name of your printer on the network
To set up the printer so you can print:
- Open a File Explorer window (e.g. press Windows-Key - E)
- Top left, type the following into the Address line and hit enter:
- (for HSC type:) \\hscprint1
- (for STB type:)
- (for GRA type:)
- (for OAK type:)
- (for CON type:)
- (for VIC type:)

- Scroll down to and double-click on name of your printer.
- For HSC double click on: HSGF216XPRO1
If a window titled HSGF216XPRO1 on hscprint 1 appears, the printer will now be listed as an option when you print.
