This article provides information on how to request patient charts from Medical Records at HSC. It is part of the HSC ICU Collection Guide and the HSC Medicine Collection Guide.

- charts requested before 1400 hrs will be pulled by MR staff overnight and should be available the next day as a general rule of thumb.
