get rid of the diagnosis error list line

Sorting on Patient LIST Form
Need to be able to sort by, LN, FN and may a third option if needed. Only sorting by one column and not grouping it by first name. This is a problematic for processor to find a same patient in the the patient list form.

D_ID EDITS
D_ID cannot edit. Var 1 and Var 2 no downlist to edit
S_Locations table
Editing LOCATION field in centralized front end and drop down list is blank. The table does not appear to be linked in?PTorres 13:50, 2014 February 21 (CST)
- Trish and Pagasa hacking into layout, field properties. No luck. We were only able toto change it so we see Hosp and not location. Dont' understand what the TableQuery is doing here really.Trish Ostryzniuk 14:51, 2014 February 21 (CST)

ensure s_alldiagnoses part of re-linking
- S_allDiagnosis is not hooked up to centralized front end. Have to use link manager to link it in to front end.-Trish Ostryzniuk 13:42, 2014 February 21 (CST)
generate unique identifiers for child tables
adding records fails becaus the *_id is not autogenerated.
- Editing DX: when adding complication code, example, HAP, would go into registry screen but would not allow to save, hanging program and could not close. Getting some Index or primary key cannot contain a NULL value, something or other message. Email sent to you Feb 20 with picture. Brad was here and may be able to explain.
