L TmpV2 multi-entry clean-up

Some of the entries in L_TmpV2 were set up to be sent before the patient was complete/sent. They were sent with a date with the assumption that eventually only the last entry would be used. During Overstay it was discoverd that the last entry is not always the best, since sometimes we explicitly want early impressions.

When we do the 2013 data upgrades we will automatically move to a system where only the final impression is kept. To do this the entries in L_Tmpv2 need to be reconciled. This article describes how.

• Overstay 2 lines or more per patient for this patient being displayed in patient list. Also for a number of others
