2014-03 laptop slowness: Difference between revisions

* I have random episodes of slowness. No rhyme or reason to when they occur. I've tried just re-booting the laptop when this occurs, but that generally doesn't help much. Did have some pretty annoying slowness on Monday. ** as per earlier email: "My computer in the CCMDB program is freezing at times. When I try to select where the pt was admitted from, part of my screen goes blank & then comes back but it takes awhile. It needs to be fixed."

* CTU S4 and N5/S5 laptops are really slow today entering data /when using checkmarks/ the screen will freezed in between changes and then resume normal it is taking a while to enter new information and all of the above. (SKiesman)

For example when I am trying to put in diagnoses/ or comorbid the computer seems to take its time it almost seems like it goes over all the diagnoses before it will enter the one I pick. Is there something I can do to make it faster Do I have a bug in my computer It takes forever to do a profile Thanks Shirley Kiesman"
