- If the 763-35 is code in COMPLICATIONS, then the TISS76 item 18 must be marked.
- If the DX code is 763-35 in ADMIT this could mean cardioversion was done in the ER or in another location prior to arrival in the unit therefore, TISS item 18 for cardioversion should NOT be marked.
