Only need to record if this medical intervention was present or not during ICU stay. IABP Mostly done at STB, some at HSC, none in community ICU's.
Who Collects
Will be collected by ICU data collectors at STB or HSC ICU's
Where collected
CCMDB.mdb on laptops in TMP

- Just need to add to TMP if it is present. If not present then do not add to TMP.
Start Date
December 3, 2012: collectors can start collecting this on their laptops in TMP once they download CCMDB.mdb_Change_Log_2012#ver_2012-12-03.
With TISS76 being stopped on January 1.13 & IAPB being lost from that form, Julie can continue to obtain the information for the cross Canada Collaborative CCVSM. The overlap with old TISS76 will work out well for Julie purposes. thanks.-Trish Ostryzniuk 19:50, 2012 November 28 (EST)
