When uploading the lab data to the master TMSX or MedTMS database and you get a printout with an error message such as the following:
- Study 40451 has test **XXX** time outside (STAY) range in the file M_416LABASUB_New.dat
This error message means that you have input the wrong admission or discharge time or date into the HSC lab systems when you were entering dates for downloading.
The LAB data for a patient must cleared from the master lab data, re downloaded and then re uploaded. See instruction below.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTION: FOR MEDICINE:
- You must go into MedTMS, go to the study number indicated, clear the data from the lab profile then redownload the information from KEA, then re upload to master database. 14:05, 3 March 2009 (CST)
FOR ICU:
- You must go into TMSX, go to the study number indicated, PRINTOUT the data from the lab profile, clear the data from the master lab file then re download information from KEA.
ICU collects a number of tests manually, so those some items need to be manually re-entered from printout . TOstryzniuk 14:05, 3 March 2009 (CST) More detail needed here.
