- Transfer_Ready_date_and_time#ICU_Special_Case_-_ACP-C for comfort care ICU patients.
- Who has been following the posted special guidelines on wiki which call for a transfer ready times for patients who have comfort care ordered? I have only been putting the transfer ready time if they are transferred to the ward as Comfort Care. I haven't been putting the time the ACP-C is ordered for those patients who die in the ICU and where never intended to be transferred to the ward--GHall 13:59, 2015 June 9 (CDT)
