All data collection laptops should have the same shortcuts on their desktop. To make sure they are consistent, and available for all users who log onto the laptop, we use the Desktop install.bat to set them up.
Fix if any shortcuts are missing or incorrect
- Open the regional server
- RegionWRHA shortcut if available
- navigate directly to Regional Server if no shortcut
- navigate to Maintenance directory
- run (double-click) Desktop install.bat
Shortcuts that should be present
The following are the same for all laptops
- ccmdb programs shortcut
- News and Backup
- Output Folder
- Regional Server
- RIS/PACS
- SD Card
- Transfer Tracker.mdb
- CCMDB wiki recent changes
- Wikipedia
- Timesheet - web
