* Must go to Medical Records and ask for the Monthly Admit/Discharge binder** Find Clients who are under CTU Doctors (we have a list in office) and who are discharged from Emergency (either home or transferred to another facility) Write down name and chart number with discharge date and time. Give list to medical record staff. EMIP binder with serial log numbers kept in office G126 Rehab Enter EMIPs in CTU S4 laptop When reading charts make sure client is admitted to medicine service. Now with EPR the chart will be incomplete because emergency doesnt print their sheets so you will have to access EPR and find the information ie VS, admit to CTU, ectect
