*** updated query for [[Postal_code_cross_check]] - so we can start using this again? Also: please talk to me when this sort of hold-up happens, I could have just taken it out from the list. Ttenbergen 19:45, 2016 August 25 (CDT) | |||

Revision as of 18:45, 25 August 2016
We have a bunch of Quality Assurance questions in CFE. Most of them currently have a backlog or errors. As the backlog gets eliminated we can add them to Centralized data Vetting Process.
QA checks
- NDC_missing_Ls (There is one pt with no comorbid and that is correct)
- NDC_discharged_incomplete (It is ok if there is a list of Incompletes)
- NDC_Bad_Postal_Code (This is corrected when time available)
- NDC_Missing_TransferDate_w_pivot (This is done during reports, OK to skip this one)
- NDC_CLI_AcqDX_but_NoCLI_DateinTMPV2
- NDC_CLI_No_AcqDX_but_CLI_DateinTMPV2
- NDC_CLI_unacceptable_date
- NDC_VAP_AcqDX_but_NoVAP_DateinTMPV2 (see VAP Dx vs Tmp checking)
- NDC_VAP_No_AcqDX_but_VAP_DateinTMPV2 (see VAP Dx vs Tmp checking)
- NDC_VAP_unacceptable_date (see VAP Dx vs Tmp checking)
There should be NO CLIs & VAPs
- Do not need to click on NDCs box
- Do you not use the "NDCs button" instead of the individual queries? Ttenbergen 10:34, 2016 August 3 (CDT)
- individual queries right now, in order to skip over the Postal Code query. Postal codes have been skipped, as list is too long and very time consuming to fix all errors. As per Pagasa. Will be revisiting it this week. -- Aug 23.16.
