Crash TISS MDB: Difference between revisions

How frequently does the following happen? Ttenbergen 09:30, 2017 April 18 (CDT)

When you press the run report button in TISS28.mdb and notice that the process takes longer than 5 mins to run, follow these steps:

exit out TISS28.mdb
Go to X: TISS28
check if there is a locked TISS28.ldb (crashed)
- open TISS28.mdb (using password) then close out of it. (This will do a compact and repair)
ALSO check if there is a TISS28.Data.ldb which is locked (crashed)
- open TISS28 Data.mdb (using password) then close out of it.
above steps should remove the locked files.
