All data collection laptops should have the same shortcuts on their desktop. To make sure they are consistent, and available for all users who log onto the laptop, we use the Desktop install.bat to set them up.

Template:Discussion This doesn't work right now. I have emailed eHealth to follow up. Ttenbergen 12:52, 2017 June 13 (CDT)

Fix if any shortcuts are missing or incorrect

  1. Open the regional server
    • RegionWRHA shortcut if available
    • navigate directly to Regional Server if no shortcut
  2. navigate to Maintenance directory
  3. run (double-click) Desktop install.bat

Shortcuts that should be present

The following are the same for all laptops
