Revision as of 20:30, 13 January 2009

The CCMDB.mdb and our sent data are located on the Regional Server which is at STB. Due to the way this server is accessed at HSC, some people refer to the Regional Server as "Twister".

Server / Share names

At all hospitals other than HSC, the Regional Server is accessed as

  • \\sbghnwfs0102\nssvol1\shared\icu_Data_Collection\

At HSC, the regional server is usually accessed under

  • \\Twister\icu\

It is now possible to access the regional server from HSC directly as at the other hospitals, but this is generally slower.

Requesting Access to the Regional Server

To request access to our share on the Regional Server an eHealth change request form needs to be completed, signed by the Data Collection Manager and faxed or email to the eHealth ServiceDesk. servicedesk@hsc.mb.ca

  • Go here to obtain the latest ehealth change request form----TOstryzniuk 18:40, 13 January 2009 (CST)
    • on the top RIGHT of the WRHA eHealth services page, you will see a column labeled SERVICES.
    • half way down this column, you will see REQUEST FORMS and just below this, you will find the Add, Change, Move, Terminate (ACMT) form.
