This article provides general information about collecting and coding ICD10 diagnoses.
ICD10 diagnoses are entered in CCMDB.mdb in the Patient viewer tab ICD10.
The following fields are used:
Some diagnoses are coded as several lines of data as combined ICD10 codes.
There are some ICD10 Diagnoses and CCI Codes that need to be coded together.
