The full name in the coding guide is
- "Panelling or Discharge Planning as primary reason for admit to a ward bed"
but had to be shortened to fit into CCMDB.mdb.

- If ADMIT 1 Diagnosis code is 906 then:
- Transfer Ready Date and Time must = Admit Date and Time to your unit. (check implemented for ver 2012-01-05 )

- NOTE: (transfer ready time: 1 min after after admit time so that ACCESS does not complain), unless Tina can address with ACCESS (ccmdb.mdb).
