Slow sending 2014

Sending has been slow since spring 2014.


I have added a Sent Progress form form to CCMDB.mdb that shows up when sending starts and gives times at which certain parts of sending complete.

If any of them take more than three minutes please send me a screen shot of the progress report. This will tell me which part of sending is causing the delays so I can focus troubleshooting on that.
