Reconnect CFE and initial error checks

Once you "Pull" Centralized data.mdb you need to initialise the program and make sure that you have consistent initial data.

Instructions

• Click the "Re-connect Data" button
• Screen prompt 'Could not find file ... DSM...', answer YES

• The program will now reset the connections from CFE to Centralized data.mdb, PHI.mdb and TISS28 Data.mdb
• No more connections onTISS28 Data.mdb in CFE .PTorres 16:33, 2021 November 24 (CST)
• the reconnector will confirm if L_Log table and L_PHI table have the same records in them. If they don't there will be an error; see Procedure when there are differences between L Log and L PHI for how to proceed
• Run initial cross checks:
  • PL_1orphans- see Orphans in Centralized data.mdb for what to do about these.
  • PL missing L Tables content
    • for now there are some CCIs on this list.

I fixed Query check CCI must have entry so those should be caught going forward. Did any more show up since 2021 November 18 ish? Ttenbergen 22:27, 2022 February 17 (CST)
