Error "Unrecognized database format" when sending

When sending there is an error

Unrecognized database format <Centralized file path>

Short term solution

• Determine which sends have failed and need to be re-sent
• CCMDB data.mdb restore from Regional Server
• Re-sending data

Long term soluttion

• Re-platforming - which may be a case of the cure being worse than the condidition

Error Log

Please include in your log if you were sending from home, and what time, and if this is after another send failed and before a reboot or the pull of a clean version, and other info you might have.

• 2025-06-06 - Michelle encountered an error earlier in the day that opened the debugger/code window, but could click past that and continue collection. Later, during sending from work around 3:30, Michelle got the "unrecognized database format". Error recurred after downloading a clean version.
