Re-image instructions for accessible hard driver
Here is what needs to be sent to eHealth if a laptop is to be re-imaged and the hard drive is still accessible. If they can do this it may not require a site visit.
- Firefox
- Microsoft Office and Access 2003 (not the newer version)
- Admin rights
- Wireless
- RIS/PACS/Impax
- Correct drivers for the touchpad; the ones on the image don’t seem to lock out the pad while typing so the mouse goes all over (at least this used to be a problem)
- Directories
- C:\batches
- C:\ccmdb_program
- C:\ccmdb_data
- C:\documents and settings\all users\desktop
- C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
