Patients primary admit diagnosis no longer has cross-requirements to them coming from OR/RR

Some diagnoses allow a patient with Previous Location OR/Recovery, others require it.

Problems with false positives in Medicine

There were initially some false positives for this in medicine. As of 2017-04-26 they seem to be fixed.

Errors Scenarios

• admit-from OR, admit diagnosis 1 is not OR-allowed (query Check_ORDx__from_OR_no_ORDx)
• admit diagnosis 1 is OR-required, admit-from is not (OR or Recovery) (query Check_ORDx__not_from_OR_OrDx)

Template:CCMDB Data Integrity Checks

The table Check_ORDx in CCMDB.mdb contains all diagnoses that allow admit-from OR, and a checkbox for all diagnoses that require admit-from OR.
