all trauma codes must have a subcode of (1 to 10)

excluding codes with category trauma that don't have subcodes, ie.
- 69000
- 69100
- 69200
- 69300
- 69400
- 69500

Implemented using query Check_Dx_Trauma_no_subcode

Will need review with move to CCI/ICD10.
