HSC Lennox Bell

HSC Lennox Bell (Lennox Bell Lodge) is a potential entry for Previous Location and Dispo.

It is for discharged patients from HSC med wards to Lennox Bell Lodge. These are not patients on hospital hold but are individuals that need interim assisted housing for a short period of time. Data Collectors do not need to continue to follow these patients once discharged to Lennox Bell.
