Reset password wiki
If you forget your wiki password:
- go to the login screen
- enter your id (usually first letter of first name and all your last name, all lowercase, but the first two might be uppercase...)
- click "email password"
- If you use the button to "email new password" and you don't get it in your email inbox then look in your "Junk e-Mail" folder for your new temporary password. If you haven't got your new temporary password by email or into you junk mail folder, the Wiki will automatically send an email reminding you that: "The temporary password will expire in 7 days. You should log in and choose a new password now. If someone else made this request, or if you have remembered your original password, and you no longer wish to change it, you may ignore this message and continue using your old password".
If this does not work, talk to tech support, who will need to follow the following instructions.
