The CCMDB.mdb Change Log logs changes made to the CCMDB.mdb, including lock-downs when one person is making changes so that no one else makes changes at the same time. New entries should be made at the top to be immediately apparent. Discussions should be added at the level of individual changes if they correspond to a change, and at the end of the article if they relate to the change process in general. When a change is tested and rolled out it is also documented here.

Bug reports and requested changes have been popping up in different places. Please post article-specific things under the article (e.g. a tmp study's consistency check is broken). Unable to sent OR Dx Bug Jan 27.10

  • Tina, Con_MICU - Betty Reported that Access is complaining because she has code 84701 in admit 1 slot, admit FROM is CP, yet access is saying FROM OR, MUST HAVE A SURGICAL CODE.............I checked the CCMDB in Master and looked at the Check_ORDX and can see that the "OR required" column for this code is checked off.     • When I enter this dx on my PC and make the pt arrive from the OR it works... checking Betty's data now. Ttenbergen 15:05, 28 January 2010 (CST)
    • Downloaded Betty's data to my PC. Can see the patient, dx and admit-from location. Not getting any error. Not sure what's going wrong there. I suggest Betty change the dx and admit-from to something else, get out of the patient, and change it back. At that point, this should work. If it does not, I will get to go to Princess Auto. I have the flyer right here... nothing good though, so I hope that fixes it. Please let me know. Ttenbergen 15:26, 28 January 2010 (CST)
    • How do you check Betty's s_files. I see copies of her L_files in the CON_MICU Data folder on the Regional Server but nothing in Program folder.--TOstryzniuk 21:30, 27 January 2010 (CST)
      • Can't check her s_ files, they are part of the ccmdb.mdb she is using. Closest thing to a check would be to ask her the version number to make sure that she has the newest. Guess you could also ask her to check the s_ tables in her Access herself, or to copy the file from c:\ccmdb_program to the regional server.
      • So, I was working in that profile today without any error codes showing up. The one thing that I changed since yesterday is that I assigned a priority to the 4th and 5th adm dx that I had entered. At the time the error occurred I had only assigned priority to the first 3 adm dx. The odd thing is that the error had nothing to do with slot 1 or an OR diagnosis.
